Over the past ten years, I have had a variety of computer and network issues and have used IT specialists from Chattanooga and Atlanta as well as local providers, but I think that Bill Bivins is the best! He always manages to get here when we need him, and he has solved a variety of problems that seemed hopeless. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but he is very reasonable in price. I am thrilled to have someone locally that provides his level of service!

Bill at Bivins Computer Associates, LLC saved our office! We had our server to “crash” which meant that we could not pull up ANY data from our computers. We thought we had lost everything. We were frantic but Bill assured us that he would do his best to retrieve all of our data; and he did. Bill is a life saver!!. He worked from about 9:30 am that morning until 11:30 that night then came back in at 4:30 the next morning and started working again. He was able to save EVERYTHING.
We don’t know what we would have done without him. We recommend him to everyone we know.

I have recently had some pretty major computer, network and printer issues that required some sophisticated IT work. I have always found the IT talent hard to find both here and in Atlanta. Here at our office we have used other companies for our computer work and for the past couple of years, we have been using Mr. Bivins.
