Bill Bivins, a native of Blue Ridge, GA, has over 16 years experience with a Masters Degree in Computer Science.  He Worked for United Parcel Service at the 750 thousand square foot datacenter in Alpharetta, GA and the backup datacenter in Mawah, NJ for 8 years.  The datacenter is one of the largest in the United States.  Bill has worked on everything from IBM Mainframes with MVS operating system, VTAM, JES2.  AS400 Midrange systems, and Microsoft Server Operating System.  Bill has installed over 400 servers 

Bill has worked in positions such as Operations Manager, Network Administrator, and leads in all other positions.   Bill is also part of the Microsoft Action Pack program.  As a member of this program, he is educated on software before it is released to the general public.
